Like clockwork.
So my new telescope is riding the Postal pathways to be repaired. Why the hell do I have to pay to ship it back to them to fix? can’t they just make it right the first time? I find this frustrating.
I had to ship a monitor from work for a warranty repair also. The shipping cost half the cost of a new monitor. And they kept it for a month.
Never buy a Viewsonic.
